The Reeds On Water quilt is a statement piece for show and for comfort, with almost every colour of our tsumugi range included- it is a tribute to the stunning fabric, as well as our Seven Sashiko Patterns panels. Explore an array of our original sashiko designs and feel the quality of our Olympus Thread tsumugi underhand as you create this multicoloured quilt. Named after the use of the reeds on water motif which you will learn how to transfer onto fabric and to stitch.
Many different sashiko thread combinations were used to stitch the blocks which made it a fun project and a lovely way to play and experiment with colours.
